Whether you prefer Reformer Pilates or Mat Pilates, Bend & Strap is here to give you the best Pilates experience possible. Our small sized Reformer Pilates classes allow us to give a more focussed and individualised class experience with the aim of it being energetic, balanced and fun.

Our Reformer Pilates sessions are suitable for all fitness levels. Our small class size of 6 allows our instructors to connect with each individual on a more personal level, allowing for variations and modifications to be given to all members, where needed.

Reformer Pilates is a combination of energetic movement and mindful flow, focusing on all major muscle groups. Our unique point of difference is how we finish our Pilates sessions. Each class finishes with a moment of mindfulness, to leave your whole being feeling uplifted.

Mat Pilates

If you are looking for a workout which helps tone and shape your body while correcting posture and aiding in injury prevention, then Mat Pilates classes are for you. We welcome people of any age or fitness level. These 50min classes are low impact with a strong emphasis on core and Glute strength.

faster paced, full body workout 

Reformer HIIT

Our Reformer HIIT classes are 50min high intensity workouts incorporating different equipment on and off the reformer, including the jump board. This class is a faster paced, full body workout that will test your strength & fitness!

Let our 45 minute guided meditation take you to a place of self-discovery and connection. Whether you are completely new to meditation and breath work or advanced in your practice, these guided journeys are suitable for all. Combining the age-old practise of mindful breathing, with relaxation and meditation techniques, you will walk away from these classes with a sense of calm & clarity.
